We render ERP services related to our own products as well as to products of other vendors.

For instance, we coach ERP Project Managers, which means that we periodically, or as the need arises, look over the shoulder of an ERP Project Manager, give advise and feedback (shadow management) and sometimes even serve as interim Project Manager during absence of the existing Project Manager. Primary purpose of these services are to maximize meeting project targets while minimizing complement changes.
